@Bob Okenwa thank you for replying to my thread as this is my first time selling a home I do believe it would be best to go through a real estate agent.

I see what you mean when you say using an attorney And going to the title company myself that would save me any realtor costs

I will be selling my single family home for a profit. I was told by a local investor that I should list the home with a real estate attorney instead of a traditional agent as I will save money on the transaction. Does anyone have any more information on how this works? Is it’s worth doing ?

Hello everyone, I’ve come across the opportunity to go solar on my first Airbnb property after going over the deal it seems to be a good deal especially in the long run.

I would like to hear your opinions and experience on a lease for solar panels. Did you like it ? Was it worth your time ?

Hello everyone, I am a novice investor out of Yuma Arizona. I have decided to turn my primary home into an Airbnb.The home is under my personal name and at this point I have the home set to standards to begin to rent out on the platform but I am confused on the proper way of running the business. Should I set up A business entity beforehand? Also I am seeking anyone in area including Phoenix Arizona who is currently running a successful short term rental business who I can ask question as problems come up. I am willing to pay for any time and knowledge this may take up .
