Hi everyone and BP currently I am in the process obtaining a broker license. this question is for all dependent brokers whom work from home and had a rough road but in the end accomplished every obstacle. What advice will you give to a Rookie starting? What is the pros and cons starting your own firm from home?

Know plenty of people that do invest in them.  You only need to be 55+ to live there and not own them.

Think the biggest issues:

1) Usually they are pretty large places

2) 55+ may be on fixed income which kinda limits how much you can charge

Steve substantial loss in the money making generating machine, indeed i need immediate bees to create the delicious honey.

Hi y’all my name fabian from Riverside, ca and I have essential quick questions why is it, with respect I am asking to the general investors, technically speaking in our modern society I don’t see investors invest in 55 + communities. if you are younger under 55 are you allowed to purchase this type of investment properties? Any restrictions regulations? pros and cons?
