Hello everyone! I'm looking to purchase a multi family to use for "home hacking" as my first investment in the next couple of months. Im in the Atlanta area and I am in need of help! Im not sure where to start or exactly how to find a deal that makes sense for me. I also would like to find a lender. Anyone interested in helping with either? Thanks in advance. -Faith

Faith Hanson here. Im newly licensed, about two months part time. From Louisiana but Ive been in Atlanta for about a year.
