Hi @Tim Boylan and @Tom Hacku I am too new in richmond VA moved here in 2018 and have started investing and understanding real estate. My husband is from RVA but he has not been in REI so we both are learning. We bought our first condo in Henrico VA lived there for 2 years, paid off mortgage and now going to rent it out. We got second first time home buyers mortgage and bought a house for our BRRRR investment in Church hill 23223. I see this area is going through a lot of housing renovation and rebuilding, its very close to downtown and MCV so would have better price appreciation in future and have good rental market. I have been doing lot of research about REI in RVA by meeting other people, online resources. I am too interested to learn more about REI in RVA, areas with better price appreciation and good rental ratio etc. I haven't been to any meetup but would like to join when there is one. Please share resources. Thanks
