you can go to a REA to find tenants. if not try to market to colleges in your area. also post ad on a newspaper. make sure you screen all your tenants. if your interested in renting to people who are in a housing assistance program thats an option.

thats seems like a good idea. i was looking into section 8 housing, couple of my buddies are doing it and so far so good. rent is paid on time.
