Ah ok yea that sounds like a good idea. I also work with a company that does 401Ks that sounds like an option. Here is another question steve. I have several LLCs can I elect to have my current LLC taxes as pass through this year, and then next year elect to have to taxed as a S or C corp next year then going forward? Or should I just do it once from the start.

Here is a question in relation to this. Im looking at going into whole selling and looking at ways to deal with the possible large amount of taxable income (1099) and how to reduce/lower that taxable income. Would an LLC be an option for this?

I would say dont buy any more books I would join a local RIEA, some cost money I would put my $$$ towards that :D. Just watch out for the $997 and the constant people/gurus trying sell you stuff.

Again hello everyone, and have a great day. Friend follow me etc. or send me a message. Looking to get start with single family homes (rehabs maybe) but or course open to almost anything as well. Reading a few books etc.
