Hello, 

Has anyone ever used companies that do online title searches?  I was researching some properties to be auctioned, and wondered if that was an avenue to some information.

I'm new at this, and trying to find a good deal.  I'm working with a local agent, and so far haven't come across anything that cash flows.  Yet.  I'm still looking...

Went to the Sheriff's sale last month and probably go back this next month to see what people are picking up there.  Wichita Falls is very limited on smaller multifamily properties, and we're not up to a bigger one right now.
