I am a born and raised Houstonian. Houston STR definetly has a more specific need. Around the Medical Center works for many families needed unspecified amount of time. Galveston, south of Huston has a strong demand, and inside neighborhoods where there is hotels at a distance. I have many investor friends who have 10+ each and in areas that I would not think there would be demand.

STR is not my journey, however, if I can help with any LTR, I am ready to help!
