Hi All, I am looking for an insurance company that covers a 7-10 unit property that is a a bit rough on the outside. I am set to close on the property in under two weeks and just found out that the insurance company who currently is covering the property will not cover the property when I purchase it. Yes, I am mad since that owner has only owned the property for 2 years and nothing has changed on the outside of the property and now they won't cover it. I need a company that is good and affordable so I can hit my numbers.
