no i just got it at a really good deal. removed all the junk that was inside and added value by installing good finishing material. you cant find these types of homes anymore. but theirs still a lot of great opportunities out there. you just got to think differently, I got my eyes on a few great spots and ideas but I'm not telling you. everyone here is just following the old type of thinking and it's good for me I guess. But your welcome to do business with me and let me install or change out the HVAC system on a home here in Austin. it's the best way to make friends with me

I was told twenty years ago by an insider that the I-35 corridor from Austin to San Antonio will grow to a level that both cities would feel as one. This insight was told to us to let us know that, there will be so much work available for anyone choosing to be a tradesman. I chose HVAC and for thirty years i have played in new apartment construction sites here in Austin. All i have seen is non stop growth

I suggest you look into the 78702 area code. That area is spicy Hot!!! But be ready to jump on a deal if you could find it! Also look into the 78741 are that's the next area to everyone is trying to gobble up, and finally anything south east by highway 71 and the SH 130 Toll way there is major new construction coming to that area even Tesla might move there also. But i do know on the corner of those two intersection. There are plans to build a huge retail area with additional plans to converting FM812 from a two lane to a 5 lane all the way to hwy 21. That's the road in front of the F1 Racetrack
