Looking to open up a LLC or S Corp in Texas.

Not sure which one would be the best for holding real estate in. I would be doing the BRRRR strategy, buy and hold, ground up construction, having my notary services and being a part time real estate agent.

Can anyone provide any experience with pros and cons. Which can provide the best tax deductions

Looking for some insight on which lending companies can refinance an investment property under an LLC. Property current loan is with a hard money lender with a six month term. Would like to refinance into a non-conventional where all co-guarantors are listed on the loan and title. The property does have tenants occupying with a 12 month lease.

Is it even a possibility not to have our credit scores checked. 

@Elizabeth Colegrove when you say direct deposit are you giving the tenants routing and account number!

Where are they going to ATM, bank or from online banking transfers?
