Just sold an investment property and am looking to get into another home to fix and flip. Are there any wholesalers with interesting properties, or any sellers, realtors who can help me find a home fairly quickly? I just purchased what I would like to be my permanent home for a while, I am looking to completely renovate the interior but at a reasonable price. Can you recommend some of the architects or whoever can help me plan a layout as well as design the kitchens, bathrooms, etc.. Thank you so much!!
