A little analysis paralysis...

4-5k is the number that it will sell about 2k for the fee.

Hey BP

I just put a deal under contract at $2500. So Im trying to figure how should i ask for an assignment fee?
A little about the deal...
It in the rough part of town. Not to the worst BUT close enough!

Here's the deal
There's 2 properties on one lot. With both of house the outsides are decent (needing paint).
The Main house needs a COMPLETE rehab. It is 95 percent gutted and has been re-framed. The other is a small 1bed/1bath house needs a rehab but not as much work. ( sink... plumbing paint...etc)
Prob. a simple question but... just asking.
Thanks
DG

Hey BP,
I have my website up and going.
If someone wanted to receive a property through and assignment should I receive the non-refundable deposit through pay pal or should they send it to the title co?
Thanks for you feedback!!!

Hey guys
I have a contract that has been signed recently. I plan to do an assignment, but the contract I used has the
"Assigns" clause but not the "marketable title".

Will that affect the deal this particularly time? I plan correct that on the next deal I do.
Thanks for your feedback

Hey BP,
If a seller has approximately 8 properties and wants to sell them all.

As a wholesaler what would be a rule of thumb to create a successful deal/ package for myself, the seller and my potential buyers.
Thanks for your input!
