I took the course last October... got swamped in my currently real estate business... went through a 90 day "challenge" course with RAL academy.... And have my first RAL under construction here in DFW

The value in the 3 day is def there. There are some things that are extremely useful. They preach that its not about the Real Estate yet there is alot of time spent on the real estate itself. My biggest issue with it was a partner of the RAL academy came in on Day 3 and spent 45 minutes showing pictures of a deal he did in colorado. Cool to see but could have done that at my own pace..... the property tours are informative and show the different levels of facilities...
I personally would recommend it but it isnt the best run 3 day.
