And of course, all the BP books - have you read any of those?

I've Read Millionaire Real Estate Agent, it was super good. Gary Keller is a great author. Just ordered Millionaire Real Estate Investor, excited to real that. As far as the BP books, the only one I've read so far is BRRRR. What has been your favorite BP book that you would recommend?

@David Burdo That's what I figured...when the analysis only called for $700ish in taxes (forget the exact number) on a $700,000+ investment property I figured the property tax should be closer to $10,000+?

I'm from Minnesota so things might be different here but your annual property taxes seem incredibly low? Like 1/10 of what they should be...is it possible there is an error there or are property taxes really that cheap in Illinois?

In the midst of this coronavirus pandemic I have found myself reading more then ever before. I am almost out of books in from my personal collection to read! Before I go out and buy more books I was looking to see what this amazing group of investors has to recommend?

Looking for anything from, but not limiting to, the basics of investing, rehabbing, financing, commercial real estate, multi family real estate, being a real estate agent, finding/analyzing deals, raising money, financial independence, etc...

I know I'm not the only reader on these forums. Share the books that have taught you the most!

In Minnesota, I recently finished school and passed my tests to start a career in real estate. I know were in the midst of some crazy times....but honestly I couldn't be anymore excited. It's almost as if my back is against the wall right now, but me personally I thrive for challenges like this in life and this will be nothing short of that. I've realized that if I'm able to grind through the next 2 years of this recession then I'm going to come out one the other side absolutely exploding. Never have I been more excited about a career venture...successful sales people are successful in any economy, average sales people complain in a weak economy and really every economy. You just have to have a strong mindset!! First couple years are going to be an absolute grind! I wish you the best of luck!!

Closer in MN, we have had zero change in business operations. On the title end it's business as usual.
