Hello All,

Just bought the "BRRRR" Book here at BP and after discussion in forum its sounding as if that program is not very good for the present economy..

I would love to hear from others, what do you think and your experience in today's economy if you are using the BRRRR strategy?

Thank you,

Forest

Thank you to everyone .., from reading the response my fear is I just bought a book BRRRR that may not work because of the economy getting better. I was excited to get the book but if it can not really be used then I've wasted a little cash. Like having a tool and nothing to use it on...

Thank you

Does Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat still work in this economy where it seems the homes value is going up? will I be able to still find good deals? Also has anyone read the book and what do you think for a beginner like myself?

Hello BP, Wondering the safest way to lend my money to flippers. Is there at least steps to secure as much as possible. Do I create a legal doc that will give me the deed if not paid?

If you are a Plus or Pro you can go to the tools and use BP Calculators just pick the one you think fits what you are doing. Also you can print it out.
