I really would not know how to answer this other than just reading this makes me hold up a Red flag or a lot of Caution. Also having you set up an account, have your name , address etc. is questionable.

I have a Investor/Family Member Located in Canada that would like to Buy homes here in the states because he can get more for the money. He would like me to mange the flips as well as find the deals etc.

- My question is does the investor have to be a residence of the U.S. in order to purchase?

- Does he give power to sign documents (like closings)?

Any advice please share.

I finished a webinar on Tax Overages and the presenter is offering training for $1500. 

I do not have that type of money to just spend on training. Does anyone know of just as good a way to learn about this business without spending so much money??
