I connected with a Wholesaler who has a house under contract and trying to Sale, she thought I was an Cash Buyer when Really doing same as her.

My question is since she has property under contract.., if I assist her in selling how do I make sure to get a fee out of it?

Do I invest in getting an Real Estate agent Licence so that I have access to MLS to do comp? or is there just as good a system for doing comps?

If i try using an agent to do the comps, how do I work that deal..., what do I offer the agent?

This is more of a deed that was signed over to a holder for collateral and the period of time has expired. (Bales Bondsman holding deed & Owner skips bale.)
