@Cazava Easterling - Do you have a particular property you are trying to close? If so, where is it located? 

If you're trying to identify one without much luck, find out who buys the most cash deals in your area and see who they use. Chances are that Closing Company/Attorney is familiar with REI type transactions.

Hey @Benjamin Ford - Welcome! I was in the same boat as you when I started in Hagerstown. It isn't too bad of a process once you understand it. I'd be happy to give you any pointers about the lead inspections or the City of Hagerstown rental license inspection (tax!).
