the only time I have spoken to tenants under eviction is if they have issues with the apartment, I feel they are still in the property non paying but still there, I try to fix any issues they may have. I still treat them as tenants but I will not discuss, or get into the eviction that's why we have an attorney to take care of that,

Make a letter to tenants letting them know that when throwing out large boxes to fold them and to not throw them as is. This will take less space in the bin if they are folded
