Hey Matt, how did it go? Any lessons learned from your experience that you can share with BP fam? -Respectfully

Quote from @Rafael Medrano:

Theresa Worsham Great response Theresa. I'll speak with the local planners and see what their thoughts are in allowing this kind of conversion. And of coarse money is the main upside; in fact, i'd say it's the only upside.

 How did it go?

Please share your experience or anything you think is important that I should know. I want to get an idea of what their process was like. Examples below:

*Pricing

*LTV

*Turn times

*Customer Service

*Was the closing process streamlined or a nightmare?

*Any opinions or facts you'd like to share? No judging here.

Thanks in advance to everyone who participates in this thread. You're going to be a great help to me and many others.

***SOS*** Hey everyone, I submitted an offer on a buy and hold, and just found out the rents are lower than what I ran the numbers with. Is $90 / month still a decent cash flow? Rents for $890 - $950

This is my first time buying a rental property. Any advice or constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated!
