I have been looking for a REI friendly CPA for sometime, never realized how hard it can be to find a good one. Any recommendations?

My wife and I are considering a HELOC, however my wife is the only one on the mortgage. Both names are on the deed. Would I be able to apply/qualify for a HELOC, since my credit score and income is better than hers?

I am currently looking to get a HELOC, and would like some recommendations of people, and/or institutions that can walk me through the process and help me.
Thank you in advance.

My wife and I are looking to buy our first income property, specifically a multi-family (2-4 units). We are looking for an experienced real estate agent who works in the Collin County area of Texas. This would be our 5th real estate purchase. We look forward to hearing from you!

Hi everyone,
Thank you for such a warm welcome. I feel like i have found the one missing piece on this journey, i will level with you all, i am terrified of starting this because in the past (2005) I tried to flip a house in CA and it was a disaster, a perfect example of what not to do, and although i learned a great deal as a result i lost a ton of money, ended up bankrupt and also learn to be afraid. I have read many books, seen many videos, work diligently on my Credit. I have the knowledge, all i am lacking is that first successful deal that can boost my confidence to do another.
