@Edward Krause sorry I can’t help on finding properties but I can confirm that as a lender we do give you the rental potential to buy more home!

@Almaz Hayet just consider when selling condos. Townhouses are easier to finance. Values in Austin are pretty good as well.

If you have more questions I’m happy to help.

@Harlan Robinson The fast answer to your two questions is yes & yes with a but in there. YES our VA MinImum CREDIT SCORE REQUIREMENT IS 500 PART 2 YES MINIMUM SCORE FOR INVESTMENT PROPERTIES WITH A CONVENTIONAL LOAN IS ALSO 500 BUT YOU HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN OWNING PROPERTY FOR MININUM OF 6 MONTHS BEFORE YOU GO TO CASHOUT REFINANCE. IF YOU SELL YOUR GOOD UNLESS THE Buyers ARE FHA QUALIFIED WITHIN 90 DAY Rule comes Into Play. THERES MORE BUT IT CAN GET COMPLEX DEPENDING ON YOU PLANS. SORRY FOR ALL CAPS THE APP. SEEMS TO BE FORCING ME TO USE THEM??!!!

@James Zhang not everyone likes this answer but Zillow is popular to list for sale.

@Seth Lacey there are three ways to go about it In my opInIon. Option 1: For non-Owner Properties you can do Stated income loan. Larger down payment and higher interest rates would apply. Option 2: Owner financing with local sellers. Option 3: Look into Wholesaling it’s low cost to you and pretty lucrative if you find the right deal. Cheers & best of luck.
