In my case, I have 4 LLC's as follows:
1 holding LLC (does not own real estate)
3 LLC's which are owned by the holding LLC (These 3 LLC's own 1 rental property each).
Should I use just the holding LLC to apply for the loan or should I use the 3 LLC's to apply separately? Thanks

Great Job! Was the refi done with traditional financing or private lending? Also, what calculator do you use? Those are nice graphics!

JerryW, thanks for your feedback. Anonimity to me is just a personal choice. I want to keep my affairs private and out of the public eye.

My wife and I want to form an anonymous real estate holding LLC in AZ (Arizona does not provide anonymity, but it offers great charging order protection). I was told in order to achieve anonymity that I have two options:
1) To create a living trust owned by my wife and I, and then make the trust be the sole member of the holding LLC (by doing this, our names will not be on the articles of organization).
2) To form another LLC in another state that offers anonymity such as Wyoming, Nevada, or New Mexico, and make this LLC be the sole member of my AZ holding LLC.
Which option would you better recommend in order to get the maximum asset and charging order protection?
Thanks for your help!

Thanks Jeff. I will definitely visit Indy around March, 2019 to check it out.

Hello, I'm looking to buy rental properties in Indianapolis. What areas/neighborhoods should I avoid? Thanks for your input.
Thank you Eamonn.
