What is the Cashflow 101 Board Game?

We will teach you how to create your own personal balance sheets, basic investing math and accounting, analyzing prospective investment opportunities in a risk-free environment, creative acquisition strategies, and most importantly, how to get your money to work for you, instead of you working it!

Ben Stevens received an MBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He works as a project manager at national real estate development firm. He lives in Chicago with his wife Rebecca and their two children. In his free time, he is a blues musician and the host of The Skyline Forum.

Each month a different speaker will share information on topics relating to the many aspects of investing in real estate and being a landlord. Mark Ainley is an investor, managing broker, and property manager with almost two decades of experience in real estate. Mark has been a speaker at numerous events across the country including investing summits in Dallas, Atlanta, San Francisco, and Chicago.
