you know any good appraisers in santa cruz ?
I'm geussing from reading that it is a must to get at least 2 or 3 bids. Do you need to tell them you are having multiple contractors bid the job, in hope to keep them honest/cheaper? I just got my first bid for a job on my first property and i was soo dissapointed with how much they were gonna overcharge for some of the work..
I need a strategy Please help!

I would be interested in looking it over with you. I also have a relative that does commercial property deals..i will see what kind of software he could "lend" us
i'm not saying spend the first ten years studying before u make any moves. But i am saying have a good base before u start, and then keep learning, progressing as u go. U cant invest correctly if u dont feel comfortable doing it. I.E. maybe in the past when the market was on fire/ but now, and in the future, loans will be harder to get, and require more dp. so in my eyes u need to broaden the foundation before jumping into this current market. But in the end its all just personal opinion. I just hate to lose money, and to watch others do so.
yea ur right action is necessary. but wold u buy stock with out an nderstanding of the market. or go to a lawyer with no bar exam?
Does anyone know if there are any investors/seasoned gurus interested or already doing any web based seminars? I am sick of going to seminars to learn about stuff i could right here. I am in Ct hnd have had to travel all over the place to attend seminars, and as much as i hate go, i always learn the most when i see, someone talk. Gets me motivated! I have been in touch with a few big investors. If i could get them to start producing web based video seminars would anyone else care about watching?
have u started reading that book? I read it a while ago I really liked it a lot. What kinds of investing are you into? u can download books of limewire. i gotta check that. what area u currenty looking to catch up on?
i actually got yelled at for writting about it so much..i get a little obssessive sometimes. i was just sick of people always talking about the rich dad poor dad, trump style crap books..oh well

yes here at biggerpockets. I can seem to find any groups for that discuss the same topic and than move onto a new aspect as a group. I'm looking for people that want to go through the process one step at a time. start with looking/finding places. move to offers/options etc.. then buying..does this explain my goals. I dont want to take this group anywhere i want to do it here. I just want to organize it so all beginners can start at the same point and move together. have you thought of doing any cyber style workshops on here?
i just want someone who has read it to tell me what they think of it. i cant find anyone who has read it. I love the points it makes. and would like to discuss a few strategies
