Post: The biggest problem in Wholesaling Industry no one talks about

No industry is perfect and wholesaling is no exception. There are a number of things that could be done better that would uplift the reputation and viability of the wholesale real estate investing method. Hell, most people think it's illegal (in some places it is. So know the rules where you operate).
In your opinion, when considering the wholesaling business as a whole (from marketing tactics to purchase agreement assigning) what's the biggest problem that no one is talking about, that if solved, would make an impact for the better?
I can't wait to see these responses and have the discussion!

Hi BP!
I could use your help.
I'm starting up my wholesaling business and the first box I want to check is finding a wholesaler-friendly title company.
If anyone knows of a group that's familiar/comfortable with purchase agreement assignments and ABC closings please send their info my way.
Much appreciated!

@Alonso Figueroa Thanks for sharing your story! That self-image complex is a killer. Happy that you were able to overcome it (with a little help from Nic!)

That makes a lot of sense @Dan Powers. Seems like this area will get saturated if it hasn't already. What would be the area that you'd consider to be the next path of progress?

@Dan Powers This is interesting. What factors do you think are driving this?

I finally upgrade to a Pro account. I don't know why it took me so long. I guess subconsciously, I wasn't ready to take REI seriously. And maybe I wasn't taking it seriously because deep down, I didn't think that I could succeed.
But now I have a pro account and am ready to go all out at this. It's was a small action to take but a very symbolic one. I've flipped the switch!
How long were you surfing/dabbling in BP before you upgraded to a Pro account? What do you think was keeping you from going Pro sooner?

@Zack Busch Welcome to BP, Zack! If you have a green thumb, I might be reaching out for some gardening tips. Can't seem to keep my plants alive! Ha!
Best of luck with your new path. I'll see you around the site!
