Hello everyone, I would like to get starting in MTR. I'm looking into turning my primary residence 3BR 3BA 2500 sqft into MTR. My thoughts is to utilize my existing furniture and add or update any more furniture needed. Basically, I'm seeking advice on how to best execute this plan or resources to where I can further educate myself, thanks.

Second home use and part AirBNB when not in use. Can someone break down the way this could work. The Pros and Cons or even benefits to doing something like this within the legal guidelines. Thanks for you insight.

Hello BP Family,

Hoping to receive $50K from VA cash out refi from primary home. Seeking advice as NEW OOS investor on how to best acquire rental investment properties. I'm considering investment in SFH or MFH Indianapolis area.

How is BRRRR process in initial buying. With the $50K do I use that towards down payment, closing and light rehab. Than Rent and refinance to be able to pull funds back out to Repeat. Thanks in advance.

PMI removal on Conventional loan bought in February 2019 for $400K but refinanced back in Dec 2020 which than appraised for $430K.

Since market values have been increasing and with local Comps sold at $475K to $490K.

What are options on removal for PMI in Las Vegas.

Lender advised to do a refi/appraisal to see if home appraises high enough to remove. Please advice thanks.

Future plans is to rent Primary and try buy and live into a new primary to increase rental properties.
