I honestly haven't had much luck with River City bank.  They would take my information and ding my credit with a credit inquiry only to deny me for one reason or another.  Never the same reason.  Does the loan officer matter at River City?

Thank you guys so much for the input.  I definitely will try to go the commercial loan route as that is what I hear investors talking about a lot.

Hello all,

Hey I was wondering, I live and invest in Louisville Kentucky. Does anyone know a bank that will do blanket loans on rental properties? I have 4 single family houses all valued between $40 &50k each and I would like a loan of $100k collateralized by the four properties for as long a loan add I can get. 30 yr being my best option but even a 15 year would be great. If not, do you know where I can go?
