Hey BiggerPockets family! So I'm a new investor in the Oklahoma City area but I live in Fort Worth Texas so my info on Okc is limited. Does anyone know of any good Okc tools to use to evaluate properties. I'm also an agent in Texas so I don't have MLS access in the area. What's a good tool to use
