The Cheapest Land You'll Find in Texas!

If your idea of 'luxurious living' is being surrounded by a ton of greenery. . . Tall, lush trees. . . And a sparkling 40 acre lake, (without the usual high cost of lakeside living) -- then you might want to call Enchanted Lakes-Holiday Pines your next home.

Located right outside of Mineola, Texas, in Smith County (home of the 2,911 acre Mineola Nature Preserve), this subdivision community is perfect for family getaways, snowbirds looking for a quiet lifestyle, or year round, mobile home living.

This is one of the few property buying opportunities you'll come across with NO outstanding property taxes or fees owed. I purchased this land directly from the county, so you can rest assured you'll walk into this property with a clean slate.

The mobile home lots are sized approximately 30 x 102. Annual taxes will run you $8 a year... While homesteaders pay $5, and some even go as low as $1. The residential spaces are twice the size of mobile home lots, and annual taxes are about $10.75. HOA (Home Owners Association) dues will cost you less than $30 a year.

The only downfall is that the subdivision POA and the developer went bankrupt several years ago. The roads were initially paved, but dues were never collected to make repairs. The road leading into the community is bumpy, which means you'll have to drive slow. The individual who owns the subdivision will be charging a yearly fee for lake access, which will go towards making basic road repairs.

I GUARANTEE you won't find another community with prices this low for the location and cost of living perks you get.
