I'm interested in learning how you paid back the private loan after refinancing into a traditional mortgage. Was the traditional loan refinanced based on purchase price or ARV?

I'm trying to figure out how to pull out private Loan and pay it back after refinancing if banks only do 75%-85% LTV. Thanks
