Thanks for all the info. I am getting all my eggs in order before I make the jump into being a landlord... I was thinking about buying a paint sprayer and saving money on the rehab budget. Is the electric roller better than a sprayer with the attachment? Once again thanks for the help!

@Chris Adams I should have clarified, I am talking about painting during the rehab process. I sprayed a bedroom using a sprayer I purchased at HomeDepot, needless to say there was a big mess on the fixtures (didn't tape anything). I will check out the adaptor too. Thanks
@Engelo Rumora I've painted with rollers and sprayers. Its not that messy with rollers.. I used the trim kit from HomeDepot.
@Engelo Rumora Im currently reading "Think and Grow Rich" right now. I just started about an hour ago. How do you like it so far? Is it as informational as people say?
@Steve Smith I am very much interested in apartment investing. I will check the book out on Amazon right now. Thanks

Hi, has anybody painted their rental property before? If so what tools did you use? Im thinking about doing all the painting on my future properties myself with a professional paint sprayer. I used a hobby paint sprayer to do a small room and it was quick. Does anybody have any advice or stories to share on painting and the tools they used..
Thanks.
I was wondering what books everybody has read that they found helpful.. I have read Flip: Rick Villani and Clay Davis, Millionaire Real Estate Investor: Gary Keller, Flipping Houses For Dummies. I have also taken the real estate course for the PA salesperson license.
I found that each book was very good and gave me insightful information on all angles. Some books offered additional web-support and worksheet printouts too.
Please SHARE your opinions on these books and the ones you have read also...
Thanks
