Initially I was super excited about this thread. I thought, "Man, someone is going walk us (BP Nation) through an huge, multifaceted complex deal. But, after reading the OP, I'd have to agree with Brian on this. Who, among BP users, does this even apply to..? Who has a "network of private lenders & millions in assets".. I mean, aren't most people on BP because they're beginners and are looking for guidance / help...? there's not even a blueprint to a plan..
It would be more impressive if you bought A house, without using your own money "or a bunch of millionaires money", and actually showed, in detail, how you made that happen. Provided real world tips & resolutions to real problems that investors would face.. something that the average BP user would get something from.
IMO, that's what people come to BP for..
