Love this, I've been doing the same and wondering the same question. I have actually had the same plan and go from wholesaling to flipping to BRRRR. I have been wanting and trying to network and build a nice community. Furthermore, I would love to network with you, Daniel. We have the same goal and I could definitely learn from you, my partner and I do it together he has many much more years than I, and I've been trying to build a good team.

How's it going, Tyler? I would gladly connect with you. I've been doing wholesale real estate for a little more than a year with my partner, which he has a lot more years over me, lol. But I would love to be, I'm actually in the same boat. I've been looking for people to just connect to and have a big network of like-minded people. How long have you been doing real estate investing?

How's it going, Everyone! I'm in San Antonio, Texas, and I feel trapped. I want to be able to go everywhere in SA and build connections and network with the right people and just have a good contact list of buyers, investors, and just everything else. But I don't know how I'm 16 and my other post. I've done wholesale for a bit now, and I know a good amount on the subject and how to do it because I've done it. But I want to have contacts that are millionaires people surround by like-minded people and have an amazing team in San Antonio. I know it's possible, but I don't know where to start since I can't go anywhere. I have no transportation, but I just want a good team. Furthermore, I have buyers. I just need more leads. I require a team I can go under or someone to mentor me. Not only that, but I know I can show them I'm worth it.

Is there an age to get into real estate wholesale ? I’m 16 and have been doing it for 1 year with my mom’s husband he signs the contracts, but I do everything else like cold calling, going over price, doing everything else. How could I expand my Horizons
