@Adrienne Markes Johnstown has a rental market for sure it's definitely worth investing in because it's a poor area you can get the houses for very cheap.

@James Mc Ree to further understand me I'm looking to invest all across Pennsylvania so I want to know and I do know how some counties operate but I want to know how every County operates and I want to know how the state operates and full all I was asking for was help cause what I plan on doing is a big task.

@Jeremy Tolley I'm looking for all real estate laws in Pennsylvania. 5 months ago a establish company in Pennsylvania the goal is to invest all across PA but I'm new to the market and want to get an understand of the laws in the state.
