Hello,

@Jonathan Bombaci Thank you.  I am looking to start up with a multi-family family in the New Bedford Area. I currently live in the south shore myself. I am hoping to luck something under creative finance or use wholesalers as a leverage.

Hi,

I am looking to start some investing through Subject to in Mass and I've been struggling to find my first deal.  Any advice?

@Cody Lewis you are on point with it- a mentor is vital!

New to Real Estate. Currently own a two family in the south shore area of Mass and I am looking to invest in a few more multi-family homes (particularly the midwest) and looking for the best way to scale without putting money down.
