I own a rental property in CA and I am buying a multi family unit with partners in Indiana. I have another investor who set up LLC in Utah and has registered agent in Indiana. Is there a better state to set up LLC in-due to state taxes? I have read so much contradictory information and I am trying to get this completed.

Additionally, can I then use the same LLC and get registered agents in other states as we grow in our investment properties?
