Thanks!  I have definitely looked into hiring a property manager, but mainly just for my future rental properties.  I've never considered hiring one for flipping homes.  I am currently exchanging some emails with potential investor partners so hopefully that works out.  Thank you for the quick response, I greatly appreciate it!

Hello all,

My name is Garrett Osborne and I am currently Active Duty Navy stationed in Yokosuka, Japan.  My tour here is coming to an end, and I will soon be honorably discharged from the service.  I have had a passion for real estate/real estate investing for several years now, but due to the constant relocations during my Navy career I haven't been able to pull the trigger.  My passion lies within rehabbing/flipping homes, and the question I have is what steps can I take while I'm still overseas to land my first deal?  My wife will be attending law school when we arrive back in the states, so aside from my retirement pension, I am trying to secure another source of income.  I have the necessary knowledge for the flip, I just need some advice on how to get started without actually being at the location.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks, all!
