Sorry to tell you this my man but you just kept wasting their time. And beating around the bush like with your 20 min post that I only read a quarter of. You didn’t need a realtor for any of that. Just to get in and then put the offer in. Sometimes I get in myself and email the listing agent. I’ve done deals with agents and never met them face to face. Even at closing. Just tell title to mail or wire them their fee. Your moving like molasses buddy.

Yes my man you are on the right track. We make cash offers all the time and are constantly told that there were higher offers but they chose us because we are cash. Don’t even bother trying to get in the game without cash in North and Central Jersey. Now,I’ve never heard of cashing out into an FHA or any PMI loan because banks will only give you 70 to 80% of the value which therefore no PMI is required. But I could be wrong. Follow up on that. And part of creating wealth is not just making the money but learning how to keep it, so get the hell out of Hoboken.

@Jay Hinrichs That’s the attitude I’m talking about. Good way for a squatter get shot. The situation is already assessed, what other facts do you need?  Now it’s time to react like a Rottweiler. Are you a sheep or a wolf? You can’t be both.

I can’t believe all the sissies on here telling you to do nothing. If that even happened to me for a second I would go in and do whatever I have to do to throw him out. Remember cops only show up AFTER something bad happens. If you have all your paperwork saying you’ve been fighting it and you are out of options. Even if you get arrested, when you have your day in court you will be cleared because you are right and he is wrong. Now if your scared of danger then you have to be a sissy, but it’s the sissies on here that make criminals so successful in this country.

You’re doing the classic newbie mistake by getting caught up in the “what if’s” and the “how’s”… Just go out there and do your first one, you’ll be surprise how much ******** you have to go through but then as you keep going it gets easier and easier and you meet more and more people and then lenders and (potential) partners will be calling you begging to finance your next deal. Overcome the fear with swift action my friend.
