Yes as soon as I asked if we could meet Michael Harper at his office, he sent us an email stating that he would be in NY that day and it would cost him to much to fly back to his office to meet us. This was last night. Haven't heard from him since! 

Hi, I have the same thing happening. I was contacted by Victor Bibbs on here who told me to get in touch with Michael Harper. The next day we received an email from Michael Harper about getting a loan through him, that he did loans of all sorts. We were suppose to print out the paperwork to sign today to get the loan paperwork started. Luckily my wife had a feeling that we needed to look him up and found this post. He was ready to approve without knowing anything but my name. We hadn't given him any personal information or money, thank God! We will looking into him and any others well from now on.

Hi my name is Gary Bellant. I am 40 yrs old, married with 6 children (only 3 living at home). I live 70 miles east of Atlanta in a little town called Union Point. I am very fired up about getting back into real estate investing(ie: fix and flip and buy and hold rentals). I am looking for properties that are in need of repair. With 18 years experience in rehabbing, I know I can do it! I want to be able to fix up a property and rent to families looking for a home to make memories in. I don't have the greatest credit but I am in the process off repairing it. I want to learn the most I can about hard money loans, how to get funding, where to find the best deals and so on.
