I agree with @Joshua Myers maybe we see a drop off now or within the next couple of months as stimulus runs out.

@Mason Traylor, thanks for asking this question! I'm also interested in what others think about this area. Seems like there has been talk for the past several years about this area being revitalized, but each time I return to Columbus, I don't personally see it happening. Maybe someone in Columbus full-time can provide better on-the-ground insight.

Hi, I recently joined Bigger Pockets to better understand real estate investing and how to evaluate opportunities. I was offered 2 opportunities to invest in new real estate developments in the past year, and opted not to participate because I didn't feel confident I understood what I was doing. I don't want to miss out on future opportunities because I never took the initiative to learn more. Hoping to gain a lot of knowledge from Bigger Pockets community and find opportunities to invest in.
