I gather you want to generate leads for your own businesses, correct? The other option would be to create a feeder ring of sites that distributes leads to other contractors.

While there are definite differences between the two, either way you want qualified traffic and calls to action. Also either is going to require a lot of time and some (not a lot) additional funds.

Just as $500 course on real estate investing will give you a basic path to follow, the real work will be on your shoulders.

Thank you everyone for the enthusiastic welcome!

@Account Closed thanks I will check out those videos

@Paul Timmins I like the vacation rental idea! Also can you elaborate on

"Remember you don't have to own a property to control it."

Hello Bigger Pockets!

My wife and I are in beautiful Downtown Fort Lauderdale about to move in to our first single family detached home. Once we move in, we plan on selling our rental condo (slightly CF neg) in Brickell and cashing out with a tidy 200k.

We plan on using that for flipping and the occasional rental condo. My wife is a newbie real estate agent and I am a newbie in residential solar (also pursuing agent license and LEED certification).

Ideally we'd gopher for an experienced flipper for a project or two and then hopefully partner for our first true flips.

We found BP from J Scott's site and that is pretty much who'd we like to emulate.

Finally, we look forward to speaking with you all!

Another Broward newbie here.

Thanks for the tip @Wayne Brooks, I did get the idea that BREIA was a bit of the deep end of the pool. My wife and I will try to make it up to one of the Palm Beach meetings.
