Thanks for the reply.  I will ask the contractor to look for that.

Hello!  I made an offer for a house that has water damage in the basement and it's making my husband nervous.  I am hoping to find a good licensed contractor that won't overcharge.  Does anyone have recommendations?  I need to get quotes by this Wednesday.  Thanks

Hello!  does anyone know of places in the Denver Area where I can find discounted materials for General Contractors?  I am about to do my first flip and I'm trying to save as much as I can since I found an unexpected basement problem.  Thanks!
