We are currently investing in SFR homes near Charlotte. After hearing lot of good things about it, we are interested to explore investing in mobile home parks. Our management company does not handle mobile home parks. Please share your inputs on how to start with this new venture. Do you know any property management company who will manage mobile home parks in the triad area/Charlotte?
Do you know any good areas to invest in mobile home parks?  Any advice is appreciated. Thanks for your time!

Our current experience is mainly with SFRs (Rentals/ fix and flips). We are looking into multi-family investing also. 
(We would like to explore investing in mobile home parks, but we do not have any experience in that area, also our property management company does not manage mobile home parks.)

We have been investing near Charlotte for a while. We are looking for other areas in NC to expand. Especially we are looking at Winston-Salem and Greensboro, and also any upcoming suburbs near Raleigh/Cary areas, which are not yet that expensive as Cary(<175K for SFR). Please let us know if you have experience with any of these areas. We also would like to network with wholesalers/investors in these areas. Thanks for your time.

We have been investing in Charlotte and suburbs actively for last few years. We are currently expanding to Winston-Salem area also. We invest in off-market properties to turn-key, depending on the needs. We have a team of realtors, wholesalers, contractors and lenders who work together. We believe that as a team we all can grow more, and achieve even greater things.

Thanks @Adam Schneider! Yes, without government interventions we would be in a different situation. There are multiple variables affecting the real estate prices. Not sure how bad it is going to get when Government intervention stops/reduces..
