@Dennis Pressey Jr@Darren Sager From my experience, I would have to disagree. I have gotten many serious buyers doing multiple houses per month, ready to buy as soon as the deal is right. 

@Jason Timmerman im sure you have already found your answers, but I have found the easiest way to find buyers is by posting a craiglist ad stating that you have an available home in the area you are going to be selling. You will get calls and when you have them on the phone, simply state that the house was already sold, tell them you will have more and then ask them questions as to what they are looking for. Do this for one week and your buyers list will be plenty full
