I am in Florida so if I stay 1 year then it should be ok? Or do you think I should just do the convential loan because it's only 60,000 and I want to use the FHA loan for my long term home definitely

hey if I purchase this property with a FHA loan then 6 months later decide to rent it out and move can I can use a FHA loan

Okay the foreclosure is listed $72,000 by bank. I want to say offer $60,000 for example, do they ever say okay will do 65,000. Or is the listed foreclosure price set and only decrease if no buyers. I live with parents so I am leaning towards buying a rental property then buying me a home. Just have to be careful where to use the FHA loan

okay so I am planning to purchase a investment property with a FHA loan the property is being auctioned by the court house it sold for 260,000 in 2007 right now listed at 175,000 for sale. My question is if I purchase with the FHA loan with 3.5% down and I would put more to lower the payments when I decide to sell or rent it out will I be able to purchase another home with FHA loan if I still own the first property while renting it out. I am assuming you can only have one FHA loan at a time and it must be your primary residence. My bank told me if its a investment property I must put 20% down and can't use the FHA loan. What should I do?

thanks for the advice i never thought about it from that perspective. That could be a good idea because if I have to live their for a while it's going to be good duplex instead of on the lower end. I'm going back to the drawing board lol

okay here is the situation I live with parents along with my fiance and dog. We moved in about 8 months ago to save for a house. over that time I became an real estate knowledge seeker. So now my advisor cousin says when are you going to start taking action you buying all these books lol. Should I buy my own house 1st then start thinking about buying a investment property(Duplex mainly) ? Or should I try buy duplex then my house? I don't want to house hack cause mainly my dog is not the best with strangers and need plenty of room to run without me getting a lawsuit. Also I moved in my parents cause I was tired of apartment style living. I want a farm with my house and plenty of space to store my atvs and boats. I need to moved out like yesterday!!! I feel like once I buy a house it will be difficult to save for an investment property down payment again. 20k with options
