Thanks for the advice I am just anxious to get started I been reading and listening i will probably make some mistakes just hopefully nothing big.

I am looking for a rental property to invest in and i did my research and found a foreclosure. Well after looking at all the numbers it seem like a good deal for a beginner. However i needed to get approved for a loan which my was too low at 580 only because i have 9 hard inquires by car dealership in 1 month. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
