Awesome @ Faraad Mohamed! I will be in contact with you!

Hello everyone, I am looking to invest in small multifamily in the greater Houston area, have a pre approval letter ready just need to find something that fits the numbers. Would love to meet some Houston agents that specialize in that market. By small I mean anywhere from duplex-fourplex, thanks in advance!

Looking to make connections with Houston area investors as I am going to focus on multi-family rentals.

@Brian Juris I am living in San Jose, but I want my market to be in Houston area. As far as how big, I really want to start with multihomes but it's looking out of my price range and have little connections as I am currently networking. So maybe I will start with brrrring sfh under distress and then move over to multihomes, unless I find a multihome in the process that is the right price then I will jump on that. Also barely learning about syndicates, so if I can get on a syndicate for a big complex I will do that as well.
