@Taylor L. Thanks alot for the welcome, and the names, I've heard of some but not all. I will look more into their work. As for syndicating, I would love to go that route as well!

Hello BP members, I am originally from Houston Texas but am currently living in San Jose California. I am an electrician by trade, and wanted to start investing in real estate. I am very eager to learn and very excited as my goal has always been to only work on my terms not because I need to, basically to be financially independent. I am currently binge listening to BP podcast and looking forward to start attending some of the local meet ups as I hear networking is very key in this business. My interest is mainly learning the ins and outs of multifamily investing, so if you have any books to recommend that will help me in that aspect, it will be greatly appreciated as I know there will be hiccups but want to be fully prepared at the same time. I am learning everyday on my commutes to work from the podcast, and since they strongly encourage to introduce yourself on the forums, here I am 😁. Hope I get tons of feedback and will be looking to invest in my first multifamily very soon.
